Over the weekend the Prime Minister announced that as of Thursday 5th November a second lockdown will begin.

As we are an essential medical service we will be remaining open.

Maintaining good oral health during this time is essential and we are encouraging all of our patients to attend their scheduled appointments as planned, and to book in their routine appointments as they normally would.

We will continue to carry out elective, routine and emergency dental treatments during this time.

We can reassure you that we have robust screening procedures in place, the best possible cross infection control and PPE available.

The last 6 months have been a challenge for many of us.

At Chase Side we have now all gotten used to our "new normal". Our procedures and protocols are continually changing as new challenges are met, as guidance and regulations change, and as we find more effective ways to help our patients through their new patient journey, during this pandemic.

Our priority is everyone's safety (patients and staff members), and so we are grateful for everyone's continued support, understanding and patience.

Updates continue to be emailed to all our patients that are on our emailing list. If you would like to receive email updates about how the surgery is functioning through this pandemic , please email us at contact@chasesidedental.co.uk .

Below is a video of our covid patient journey and a reminder of things to bear in mind before attending your appointment. Please note that we are trying to avoid the use of our waiting room, so if you arrive by car please wait in your car until we call you in.
If you walk to the practice please arrive at the time of your appointment (try to not come early).












Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have a dental problem. The phone lines are manned most of the times, but if we are unable to take your call please leave a message or even better email us.

All patients need to fill out a new medical history form and a covid screen questionaire as per current guidelines. These forms are now available on our website ( under the tab "patient forms"). Please fill both out and submit to us. Once the forms have been processed, we will contact you to get you booked in.

Our schedule for the dentists for now is as follows:
Dr Olga Argyros (principal dentist): Monday to Friday (treatment can only be done on certain days and at certain times)
Dr Deborah Lipman (associate dentist): Thursdays (examinations and treatments)
Dr Sharon Stern (specialist endodontist): Tuesdays and Fridays (consultations and treatments)
Luciana Visintin (hygienist): Monday and Wednesday (hand scaling only, no polishing)


We have cleared our backlog and have sent out all reminders that were due. Please feel free to contact us if you have not been contacted already.

Please note that we operate on an appointment only basis, and have a locked door policy as per current guidelines. This means that patients cannot pop in to make appointments or to buy sundries. If you would like to buy sundries please email us what you would like to buy, we will get this ready for you, take payment over the phone and then arrange a convenient pick up time.

We are currently accepting new patients. Please note we are a fully private practice.
