Just wanted to take the time to thank Deborah for the amazing care she has given me since I’ve been with the practice. I had an extraction today and she made the process so easy and was very reassuring when she knew how nervous I was. I’m very grateful for her care she is amazing. This is a first class dental practice, by far the best one I've ever used. My teeth and gums were in a sorry state when I first visited about 7 years ago but the dentist and hygienist have totally transformed the condition of my mouth. The hygienist has taught me how to properly clean my teeth at home so I have been able to build on the marvellous work she and the dentist have done. As well as the dentistry itself all the staff are always very welcoming and friendly such that I quite enjoy my visits to the dentist! (and I used to be terrified of going). I would happily recommend the Chase Side Dental Practice to anyone.

Recommended to this practice by two different patients. Firstly, I saw the most wonderful Sharon. Professional, knowledge, kind, caring, no rushing. Most importantly Sharon carefully diagnosed the problem in her calm, efficient way. Five star service. Secondly, I was then referred to Deborah for an extraction. I have to say again Professional, knowledge, kind, caring, no rushing and made the whole procedure pleasant and calming. Ladies, you are a great find, thank you so much.

Had broken a back tooth and was dreading what may have been involved to fix it. All staff at the practice put me at ease when booking and attending my appointments. Talked me through the whole procedure. Old back filling removed, tooth fixed and new filling . Didnt feel a thing thanks to the expertise of the dentist. Highly reccommend their services if you are a anxious patient as I am.

Sharon did amazing root canal work for me on an extremely difficult tooth, and the same on a different but equally troublesome tooth several years earlier. The nurse and receptionists are fantastic as well.

Discovered the problem within 5 minutes of beginning the examination; careful thorough examination of problem area and solution suggested. Referral from my dentist so a full report with a copy of the xray of the area was sent to me and my dentist the same day who will now deal with the issue as suggested by Ms Stern. Very professional and efficient and very gentle.

Amazing dental practice. From the staff to the procedures, you truly get what you pay for. An exceptional and comforting experience. I had previously been genuinely terrified of the dentist due to past experiences with the NHS, but Chase side has completely removed that fear and I couldn't be more thankful. They are gentle, understanding and talk you through the process. I am now exited for my dentist appointments?!? Never thought the day would come, HA!

Excellent dental practice. From my first phone call through to the my final appointment, I received outstanding treatment.I had a 2 hour, fairly complex procedure and the dentist was excellent, gentle, caring and professional. The dental nurse and reception staff were also welcoming, kind snd efficient .I can definitely recommend.

I was very nervous, the first full on dental treatment I’ve had since a child. Dr stern and her assistant were absolutely amazing. It wasn’t an easy procedure due to the length of time I had left it but they were so caring and thorough and gentle. I really appreciated that level of care.

Yeah all good now had a root canal, this is a very professional dental practice and very nice staff, I was shocked at the price of it I must admit, and having to pay of extra antibiotics but happy with the outcome.

I have been for my hygienist appointment this morning. Lucy was her usual brilliant self. Was given a thorough cleaning and a reminder of how to clean my teeth properly. Very easy to forget as time goes by and life takes over!! However I am nearly 66 and have visited Olga the dentist and Lucy the dental nurse for many years. They have kept my teeth extremely healthy for a person my age. One filling only! The service is extremely professional and very friendly which is definitely really important as noone really likes visiting the dentist!!! Thoroughly recommend and so pleased to have such a brilliant clinic on my doorstep.

Our 3 year old daughter needed fillings on 2 of her top teeth and Olga was excellent with her! She kept her at ease the whole time, it was quick, painless and my daughter looks forward to her dentist appointments! She had her teddy with her and Olga let my daughter have a turn pretending to fix her teddy’s teeth too!Was an stress-free, perfect dentist visit!Couldn’t recommend more!

This is such a lovely practice. Reception are polite and friendly and explained everything clearly. My daughter had three appointments including the treatments and the dentist was friendly, explaining everything clearly to my child as well as to us; she made a clear treatment plan and kept us up to date. My daughter even wrote her a thank you note to her dentist.

The practice was extraordinarily accommodating in fitting me in at short notice. The treatment, explanation and advice was excellent, as always! I wouldn't go anywhere else though it's a one and a half hour drive as I've moved away from Enfield.

The service is amazing. I was always scared of dentists but I’m so glad i got the courage to go to this dentist. They are so clean, positive and nice. My problem was solved in literally two days and i had no pains the next day after the treatment whatsoever. Would definitely recommend a visit if you have any issues regarding dental health!

I was fortunate to discover Chase Side Dental when I developed a terrible abscess a year ago and was referred to Sharon Stern who is a specialist endodontist. Having now experienced how skilled she is I would more than highly recommend her. Since this experience myself and my family have been visiting Olga and the her amazingly friendly team. I have never experienced such careful dentistry with meticulous attention to every detail with the white fillings Olga has placed being carefully sculpted so they both look and feel like natural teeth and with no pain after and during the procedure. We cannot recommend this practice highly enough and also have to thank Sharon/ Olga for the compassion they showed to treat our 2 year old who had fallen in the garden, and if it was not for them he would have likely lost his front teeth. Thank you Chase Side Dental!

It was my first time going to a dentist in 4 years and the dentist here was really gentle and explained everything she was doing before she did it. The staff are really friendly, and the prices are good depending on what you have to get done. Everyone in the establishment is in full PPE to protect the patients. Really good social distancing measures have been put in place. 10/10
